1), If we have the sample in stock,we will provide you, you just give us your Express A/C No.
2), if we do not have it in stock, we will make it for you, then you should pay the sample fee and freight, anyway the sample fee will pay back to you in the later orders.
7, When can i receive the samples or products?
1)For sample : Generally the sample will takes 7-10days to produce after the design is confirmed.
2)For bulk order: After order confirmed, it will takes approximately 30 workdays for production. each step we will show you pictures and produce process.
8, What is the shipment and how do you charge?
Normally we ship the goods by express, by air or by sea, and the express only takes around 5-7 days reaching.
Charges depends on your good's weight, volume and the destination you are going to arrive.
9, What terms of payment you can accept?
